These Model Acts should be

  distinguished from the Model Business 



Corporation Act promulgated in 1928 by the 



Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws 



as

  the "Uniform Business Corporation Act." In 1943 



the Conference withdrew the Uniform Act and 



renamed it "Model Business Corporation." In

   1957 this latter Act was also withdrawn.
